Postpartum Shape Up Week Two

One week down, 11 more to go!

Week One Wrap-Up:

Total Mileage:  12 miles    Avg. Pace: 10:12 min/miles

Other cardio/exercise: 75 mins or so

I feel good about last week. That’s the most I’ve run in geez, forever and my pace steadily got faster with each run.  The schedule for this week looks very similar to last week with a little change for the 5k this weekend.

Today-3 mile run
Tuesday-Crosstraining
Wednesday-2 mile run
Thursday-4 mile run + strength
Friday-Off
Saturday- SkirtChaser 5k
Sunday- Stretch & Strength

Oh yes and the weigh-in.

We’re moving in the right direction.
